Your information, plainly.
PickUpSpeed Golf (pickupspeedgolf.com) collects only what you choose to send, uses it to coach you, and never sells it.
What we collect
Before you send anything, nothing reaches us. What you type on these pages (your program match, goals, numbers, Speed Profile) is saved in your own browser on your device. You can remove it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
When you press “Send to my coach”, we receive:
- your name and email address;
- your Start Here program match and answers;
- the goals you wrote;
- the speed and athletic numbers you entered, if any;
- a short code that summarizes the above;
- which of our social links first brought you to the site, if one did (for example “tiktok”).
If you use “Email my intake to Coach”, the same details arrive as an email you send from your own email account.
We don't use analytics or advertising trackers on this site. The page fonts load from Google Fonts, which, like any web request, sees your IP address.
Why we use it
To read your goals and numbers, match you to a program, reply to you, and email you a proposal. Nothing else.
Who sees it
Only the PickUpSpeed Golf coach reads what you send. It is stored and delivered by our service providers: Netlify (website hosting and the form, including its spam filtering) and Google (email). They handle it to provide those services, not for their own marketing.
We never sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
Email pickupspeedgolf@gmail.com from the address you used to ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion. We handle deletion requests within 14 days.
Young athletes
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you're under 18, check with a parent or guardian before you send anything.
Changes
